Diluc  — the liaison

So, you want to do business? Your first point of contact is the fiery-haired man in a pressed suit who shows up when you least expect it. Diluc is calm, level-headed, and able to be curt and concise enough to get business settle quick and fast. It’s a wonder why he doesn’t take up anything more serious for the business, but Diluc is perhaps the best with agreements, and their counterparts, disagreements. Not everyone walks away happy or even alive from a sour deal, and Diluc is good at keeping things from escalating… most times. However, don’t think you’re getting the best bang for your buck. Before you ever realize it, the deal is half as profitable for you as you thought it would be, but Diluc’s already turned and left, slipping out the door. You will likely never even see his vibrant red features ever again.

Kaeya  — the extortionist

Kaeya can do a lot of damage with words before things ever get physical. Expect these verbal daggers to cut resolve and confidence in all but the worst of the worst. When things get tense, Kaeya can both make it even worse and put out the fire depending on what benefits the business. He’s coy enough to deliberate what exactly is the best outcome out of all of the possibilities, and he’s always ten steps ahead of anyone and everyone. The tactful brain behind those mischievous blue eyes is highly analytical, and his perception runs deeper than perhaps anyone else’s save the bosses. You don’t want to be on the other end of his work because you can expect that whatever he’s trying to get from you, he will find a way to get it.

Albedo  — the drug lord

There’s a lot of mystery surrounding the near apathetic drug lord that floats about the business yet somehow keeps weight moving. Every once in a while, he shows up at a party with a mysterious new product, always adding a fun twist to the night. All anyone cares is that the business stays flowing and under control, and Albedo is shadowy and aloof yet effective all the same. Honestly, no one even knows where he came from or when he joined, but no one asks as long as money is being made.

Tartaglia  — the hitman

There’s a glint of danger in Tartaglia’s blue eyes at all times. He’s a little more unhinged than all the rest, so much so he’s best working on his own because he tends to scare the new recruits. He loves the taste of adrenaline but only when its pure and organic from his own body as things get physical. He’s the bouncer at the high-profile parties, the one who will size up anyone and try to instigate something. As long as the other swings first, he’s in the clear and ready to fight, so try not to let things escalate that far. His normal work, however, is eliminations of targets, usually with more tact and less blood, much to his chagrin. Tartaglia’s willing to fight to the end against anyone, including those lower than him. Only the bosses can keep him in line.

Xiao  — the underboss

Someone has to keep everyone and everything in check, and Xiao is perpetually bound with a million phone calls, piles of paperwork, and Tartaglia’s latest slip-up that got more messy than needed. Xiao is strict, and he follows the direction of only one higher to a meticulous degree. If the boss says no more parties because last time Tartaglia and Kaeya bought a whole pallet worth of the most expensive wine known to man, the boss says no more parties, and there’s no room for even the parting of lips in the beginning of a whine. But, if anyone can handle the authority and stress, Xiao is the one. Piercing eyes can chill anyone with one simple look, including all the others.

Zhongli  — the boss

There’s one rule when it comes to Zhongli. Don’t make him mad. For the most part, he’s a terrifying mix of intimidating, unsettling, and yet so seductively attractive. He’s aloof, quiet, mysterious, spending most of his time using his piles of endless money to buy a new villa in yet another country so that no matter where he goes, he has somewhere to stay. He collects the finest and priciest historical artifacts and pieces of art, more appreciative of their value and charm than anyone might expect of him. He spends his days relaxing and indulging in a long novel in a country on the other side of the world, untouchable. On the off chance he shows up at the headquarters, expect everyone to scramble to get everything in order because he’s back. Zhongli will test the wine cellar with a white glove, and he’ll expect an earnings report from Xiao that better be even higher than the last. And, when Tartaglia drops and breaks his favorite gold-rimmed wine glass… let’s just say everyone looks away.
