I wanted to find out more about Venti as I was curious as to why he disappeared from Mondstadt for years. The best place to learn was from the Genshin Impact Wiki though it does not provide much information. While reading the passages in Wiki, I saw this part of the sentence.

There is a manga? ?

I went to search on Google and saw that there was a manga section in the Genshin Impact official website.

I went ahead and read the prologue. It was a bit hard to read due to the resolution on my screen but the story was interesting. I think to all of the Travelers out there who are starting to find the game a bit repetitive and are unaware of this could try to read the manga. 

Another thing I realised was that we were aware of Venti’s true identity earlier than it was revealed. Let me break it down for you all.

We first met Venti in the forest together with Dvalin. Of course, back then, we did not know who he was.

Then we had our first battle with Dvalin in the sky and we heard a voice in our head telling us that he will assist us in our battle. Of course, at that time, we also did not know it was Venti.

Afterwards, not much happened regarding Venti’s appearances and we had to do a gliding quest. We were given a storybook by mistake and in it, we got a glimpse of the god Barbatos. 

And if you look carefully, the god had the same hairstyle and colour as Venti. Here is a better screenshot of Venti when we finally manage to confront him outside the Cathedral. 

Any sharp eyes may have already deduced that Venti was the god Barbatos way before the revelation.

So yes, this is just some things I found out. Some of you may have already figure it out way before but I think it was quite cool how the game was quite meticulous in their story telling.

Gonna get my eyes peeled for more tiny subtle details like this.
