at the end of all of the story, I would like to know why every (playable) vision holder received their vision

like. we already kind of know already why jean, or ningguang got their vision but like

why kaeya? why did someone who just admitted of being a spy from the destroyed by the gods khaenri'ah receive a vision from the cryo archon?

why did razor the boy raised by wolf receive an electro vision?

why did the very serious lawyer yanfei receive a pyro vision, kind of making her the odd one out from other pyro vision holders?

why did CHILDE of all people receive a hydro vision from the GOD OF JUSTICE???

I’m very curious about these people in particular
