To fall in love with an archon is to know they truly value even the most mundane of tasks you do with them.

Even if you don’t know they’re a god (or they just haven’t told you yet-) they’ll probably smile whenever you ask them to bond over something small like braiding their hair, or playing with their hands.

When you ask Venti to play you songs as you gather flowers, and suprise him by braiding your hair, he notices every difference in movement of your fingers. It might just be a little tug here and there, but every movement he notices since he’s seen all of them before, but wants to know specifically how you do it.

The same with Zhongli. When you ask him to give you his hands he percieves every motion you make. He knows a few tricks similar to ones he’s experienced in the past, and maybe a few better methods…But he’s sitting in front of you with a lovestricken smile because he has seen everything, yet you’re so special he thinks to memorize it.

Every minute you spend with the immortals is precious, and they understand time is too unforgiving to miss these small moments with you.
