Look, I quite like Noelle.
She‘s sweet, hardworking, responsible, and devoted.
She‘s very good gameplay wise too, her constellations are insane, she‘s easy to get, and cheap and easy to build.
She was on Venti’s re-run, along with Razor and Sucrose who are also great 4-stars.
So why is she on Zhongli’s re-run? Why not someone like Beidou or Xinyan? Look, I can understand why Ningguang isn’t on the banner…kinda. Because Yanfei is on the banner and is more or less pyro Ningguang.
Oh well, not much we can change. On the bright side, I’ll be able to get loads of Starglitter. Also best of luck for those who are also rolling.
