As a wanderer, Dainsleif has always been one who would travel the world and fight the Abyss Order. He is just like an eagle, he is always moving and never settles down in one spot. He never believed in stopping his pursuit, he is a traveler with nowhere to belong.

Of course no one and nation would accept him to live in their territory with his hatred towards the Archons. Everyone will see him as a pest in this world for having the audacity to hate the Archons who protect them. He knew this so he decided to stay silent and keep on wandering and chasing the Abyss Order.

That is, until he met you. A mere traveling merchant who sells bouquets of flowers made from flowers grown in different nations. You two met when he was on his way to Mondstadt, you were also on your way and he noticed as you fought a bunch of hilichurls with your dendro vision. Even if the had hilichurls who can control pyro, you were able to poison them and defeat them instantly.

He was rather impressed by your fighting skills, he saw the fighting energy in you and wondered why would someone with so much potential work as a merchant.

His thoughts got interrupted when he heard the noises of abyss mages approaching, that’s when he stepped in to take action.

“Here, they usually calm me down. I have some berries too. Just lay down and relax.” He nodded, softly laying his head down on your lap as he admired the view from the mountains of Jueyeun Karst.

Even eagles need a place to rest in, they also need a home to relax in.
