Now that Xiao’s trailer is out, I wonder how was Xiao doing when there’s no Venti and his flute play in the long (possibly hundreds of years) period the tone-deaf bard spent during his hibernation?

Like, if I remember correctly, it’s mentioned in genshin manga that there were certain periods where Venti usually vanish from everyone’s sight to ‘recharge’ his energy (hence the corrupt aristocracy running rampant before Venessa’s rise as Dandelion Knight, Dvalin feeling abandoned and then falling to the Abyss Order’s machinations due to Venti’s long period of absence).

If a part of the reason why Xiao manages to hold on for so long without perishing or descending into madness like his fellow yakshas were is because of Venti’s flute therapy, I’m kinda… worried about the next time when Venti decides to hibernate again…
