If we’re following with what miHoYo did with HI3d, the Genshin Impact anime’s gonna be a 5 min cooking show and it’s gonna be called “Cooking with Paimon” where Aether’s gonna be cooking food that already existed on the game with shenanigans on the side.
I mean, I doubt that they’ll copy it like that but it does make sense to make something lighthearted in contrast to the heaviness of the main plot.
