It’s been confirmed canon that Albedo does the illustrations for Xingqiu’s book Thought: Albedo can read Xingqiu’s handwriting. Since it looks like some sort of ancient cipher, people around Albedo think that he picked up the characters from some nearby ruins to translate them, but in reality he’s just illustrating the boy’s newest pages.
