Premise:
Every year, the cities of Mondstadt and Liyue take part in a diplomatic festival, trading information, goods and culture in the name of keeping good relations. The location of the festival changes each year and takes place over a long stretch of time. This year, the festival is in Mondstadt. The Liyue caravan of hundreds of various people, diplomats, chefs, adventurers, soldiers, leaders, villagers, and more all gather and prepare to make the journey across to the City of Freedom.
