A/N: When I said Ma’am Signora could step on me, I meant Ma’am Signora could step on me.

The Fair Lady has always tormented the Rising Sun, yet not one takes action to stop it, not even the Rising Sun themselves for no action is necessary.

“Master Signora, your ship is ready to leave.” Pix said upon entering Signora’s office. The door shut with a soft click which echoed in the room. “Master Capitano’s waiting for you at the docks.”

Signora, in response, sighed with a hint of disgust and annoyance. “That man… Why’s he always in a rush?” she said while carefully applying her makeup at her desk. “Isn’t he aware that I’m busy right now?”

“I believe it’s just so that you and him may be on time for the conference opening in Fontaine, ma’am.” Pix politely explained with a gesture of their hand.

Signora groaned, annoyed at Pix’s pestering that she couldn’t properly apply her lipstick. She lowered her mirror to glare at Pix who was still by the door. Despite the malicious aura she was giving off, Pix had learned not to fear it. Signora carefully watched Pix as they stood there, waiting for her to leave. She hummed, giving the captain, whom she’d seen always clad in white, a once-over.

“Have you ever tried wearing red, Arlecchino?” she asked, referring to them with their rarely used alias.

“No, ma’am.” Pix said with a shake of their head, the strands of hair hitting against their face, making them brush it back with their fingers. “White suits me quite well. I see no need to change it.”

Signora hummed and just shook her head. “Fetch me my mask. It should be there by the door.”

As Signora applied her lipstick, free from talking to the captain, Pix took her mask that carefully sat on the table next to the door and approached their superior’s desk, every tap of their boots against the tiled flooring echoing as the click of the door did. They stood next to her chair, patiently awaiting to be acknowledged.

“Here you are, ma’am.”

Signora didn’t bother to face their direction when she reached out to take the headdress from their hands. Unexpected to the captain, Signora reached past their hands and went straight for their collar before harshly tugging it towards her. The mask slipped from Pix’s hands and immediately followed the contact of their lips with Signora’s. The scent of her expensive Fontaine perfume filled Pix’s senses that they couldn’t even feel Signora’s lips on theirs.

The moment Signora’s grip on their shirt loosened, Pix pulled away, shuddering as they put a hand over their mouth. They wiped their mouth with the back of their hand as remnants of saliva dripped from the corners. Not once did Pix ever think of a situation such as this happening to them – a superior? Kissing them? How unlawful, they thought.

They removed their hand from their mouth to see traces of red on their glove. It was the same shade of red as that of Signora’s lipstick. Before they could regain themselves, Signora only needed to shove Pix’s chest to send them falling on the ground, the air being knocked out of them.

“Such a spoilsport.” Signora said in a mocking tone as Pix wheezed and breathed heavily, trying to get back the wind they lost.

She towered over Pix and stepped on their chest, the heel digging sharply into their skin, making them wince in pain.

“But what did I tell you, the Everhonorary looks good in red, no?” She steadily eased her weight on her leg on Pix’s chest. They choked, trying to get words out to no avail.

Signora laughed, her malicious laughter filling the room. “Don’t you agree, Rising Sun?”

This wasn’t the first time Signora had done this to Pix. The torment had been happening ever since they joined, but no one complained, not even Pix themselves and they were fine with that. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?

“You shouldn’t… keep Master Capitano… waiting, Master Signora.” Pix choked out in between breaths, tight their hands around her ankles acting as a silent plea for her to stop already.

A look of disgust flashed on Signora’s after hearing Pix, though currently submissive and pathetic, still being insistent and asserting the dominance they had. She scoffed and removed her foot which gave Pix the chance to finally breath. They inhaled loudly and sharply before coughing and choking from the dryness of their throat. Normally, it was uncharacteristic of the Fatui’s First Captain to be so submissive and weak, but not in front of Signora and the other Harbingers who were aware of her abuse against Pix.

“Fine.” Signora flipped her hair in defiance and picked up her mask from the floor. “And when you stop by Mondstadt, don’t forget to bring back a bottle of their sweet Dandelion wine.” Pix slowly sat up, chest still hurting. How Signora had to fight the urge to kick them. “Maybe I’ll think about sharing.”

“I’ll make sure to do so… Master Signora.” Pix said as they wiped away the remnants of the lipstick on their face.

Signora left the room to Pix’s relief which gave them the liberty to sigh. They carefully massaged their chest and as usual, a bruise was bound to show up there later. When Pix said they didn’t mind the abuse from Signora, they really didn’t. To them, it was something crucial to their development as a high member of the Fatui. It was no fun when they’d be the one asserting dominance all the time.
