I feel like Arataki Itto gives the greatest hugs.
Any time, any day, for any reason, no questions asked, he’s ready to give you an onslaught of endless nuzzles and cuddles. He just adores holding onto the people he loves! Itto loves letting the people who mean the most to him know how much he cares about them. He’s never gonna shy away from screaming at the top of his lungs how proud he is of all the things you’ve accomplished, tackling you to the ground with a flying hug (God, that reminds me of the glomping phase Tumblr went through…) after you told him you did a good thing. In his eyes, anything you do should be celebrated because you are his favorite person ever.
His love language is 1,000,000% physical touch you CANNOT convince me otherwise. And he ain’t scrawny or boney, either. I mean, have you seen the man??? Stronk, big boi, lorge (if you can’t tell, I’m a big fan of the…aura…he emits 😏), just the most delicious man in any of the lands of Genshin.
AND HIS IS OBSESSED WITH TOUCHING YOU IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM HO MAH LORD. You’re so smoft. Rustling your hair with his hand, slinging an arm over your shoulders (he finds it really cute how small you are compared to him hehe), laying his head against the top of yours (don’t tell anyone, especially not his gang, please they would dangle this over his head for teasing material forever, but he has sneaked a sniff of your shampoo before. He really likes the scent you use).

He doesn’t understand what he feels or why he feels so attached to you, but you just make him feel so loved! He loves you more than lollipops, playing trading card games with the rest of his gang—even Onikabuto fights! And that’s saying A LOT because that’s, like, his favorite thing ever! He’s super confused by you, but Itto thinks he can live with being confused if it’s you the one confusing him.
