I wanna tell you that I absolutely adore your Hc’s and I’m usually too shy to ask but I just couldn’t resist… If you don’t mind writing about Xiao reacting to his shy SO wearing traditional archon clothing? Maybe they found it somewhere while looting and they tried it on without knowing that Xiao came by to pay a visit? ?

[sweats nervously what have i done? i think xiao was a little bit OOC because i got carried away haha ( ╹▽╹ )]

• After coming back from your quest, you were pretty much excited to see the items that you have looted. You went to an abandoned ruin and a deserted village after that surrounded by multiple enemies such as treasure hoarders. You have to engage in a battle with them that lasted for minutes and it drained all of your energy. Although your efforts were rewarded with the loot you have gotten.
• You’ve gotten some artifacts and treasures that you could sell for a high price. Those were the ones that you got from the ruins. However, the ones that you got from the abandoned village was different from those. Handmade crafts such as baskets, necklaces, and such were found in that village. It caught your interest so you brought it back with you to inspect it more.
• You were sure that you wouldn’t be able to sell it for a high price unlike the treasures you have looted from the ruins but you didn’t mind. You were just simply curious.
• Especially with this set of clothing that you retrieved from one of these stage-like area. It looked like some sort of traditional clothing. It was giving off this deity vibe or something divine beings would wear.
• You wanted to try it on, there was this voice inside your head telling you to try it. However, you were feeling quite embarrassed and shy.
• “Wait, why am I feeling shy or embarrassed in the first place?”
• You were completely alone inside your home. Nobody is going to see you.
• Completely giving in to the temptation, you took off your current clothes to wear the ones that you got. It was unusually well-kept, there was no single sign of damage.
• You were struggling while wearing it though. You would insert your arm to the wrong hole or have your hair tangled with the designs (like the chains that serve as design). You struggled a lot and you regret doing this.

“That was… tiring.” You muttered and heaved out a sigh. You badly want to take this off now and sit down, however, you still haven’t seen what you look like in these clothes. You at least want to see if it suited you before you take it off. As you were about to take a step and walk, you heard someone speak behind you.

 “The back’s a little messed up.” It was a man’s voice that called out to you. “Oh, can you please fix it?” You say without looking back at the man whose voice sounded familiar in your ears. You then felt slender fingers brushing against your back as they fixed the back part of the clothing. It took him a few minutes before he finished and said, “Done.”

 You then smiled and turned around to look at the person and saw that it was Xiao. “Thank you.” He didn’t say anything and just stared at you. You turned around once again to walk towards the full-body mirror not far away from you. However, you froze from your tracks once you realized something.

 Xiao was here in your home even though you should be the only one in your house. You were supposed to be alone and all by yourself. You couldn’t help but mutter a curse underneath your breath before you ran off and hid behind the nearby wall once you realized what is happening.

 “X-Xiao! W-W-Why are you here?!” You managed to stutter out still hiding behind the wall. Unbelievable, this is truly unexpected. You didn’t know he was going to visit you; he didn’t tell you anything about visiting you at this time. If you have known about it, then you wouldn’t have done this. He saw you in such an embarrassing state.

 “Why are you hiding?” He said in a nonchalant tone of voice. You could hear footsteps approaching you and you could tell that Xiao was coming closer. “D-Don’t go near me!”

 “Why?”

 “Why not?! You’ll see me in such an embarrassing state.” You said as you tried to calm yourself down. You couldn’t hear any footsteps anymore and it seems like Xiao did what you asked him to. You only leaned against the wall and remained silent for a few seconds before you decided to peek your head out to see what’s he doing only to see him standing beside you, startling the life out of you.

 There was an amused expression plastered on his face as if he was entertained at what’s happening right now. A blush crept up to your cheeks and before you were given a chance to speak, Xiao grabbed your hand gently and dragged you towards the mirror and made you face it so you could see your reflection.

 “Look at you.”

 “It doesn’t suit me, I know.”

 “I didn’t know that your eyesight was that bad. You look amazing, captivating, and wonderful. I fear that if other people would see you like this, they might fall in love with you immediately.” Hearing what he said, you became flustered as you tried to find the right words to say. His expression was soft and there was this gleam seen in his eyes. He looked at you as if you were the most beautiful being in this world.

 He snaked his arms around your waist and hugged you from the behind, resting his chin on top of your shoulder and staring at your reflection with the same expression on his face. “Is this the only one that you have?”

 “I-I think I still have some more.”

 “I want to see you wear those.”

 He said and kissed your neck, his lips trailing up to your ears and he whispered:

 “Though you look better wearing nothing.”
