So, what are me thinking, my precious icicles? Is Alcina Dimitrescu the first Tyrant? Just based on what we know of the lore, Tyrants can only be created from people with special genes. And if this is an Umbrella origin story - maybe she was infected with the Progenitor virus and bonded with it perfectly.
