What if…?

Remember when (SPOILERS) Jack begged Ethan to ‘save’ his family? What if we get a scene with the un-infected Lady D, all normal and stuff?

Ethan wakes up to the familiar sight of Lady Demitrescu’s chambers yet, somehow it appeared cleaner, not a speck of tear or blood.

Someone sits on a chair, a woman, she sips from a chalice, her back to him, it cannot be the Mistress… she is of normal height… until she speaks.

'Ethan Winters…’

She gets up, showing her stunted physic, proving her to be only 5,5 but appearing healthy. Her skin no longer pale and a red hum in her cheeks. Her eyes no longer golden.

'What the hell is this?’ Ethan gawped.

'It’s me, the true me, Not that… Monster… I am no killer, my daughters are innocent. Torn and twisted by that… that FILTH!’

She clinches her fists, for the first time since arrive at the castle, Ethan found the woman to look human. She was flush with rage. Before it got the better of her, she sniffed hard and patted down her dress.

She began to walk over to Ethan, her steps not as loud. As she got closer, Ethan spotted tears in the woman’s natural blue eyes. She held out her hands, no longer gloved, she has smooth hands, topped with red nails.

Ethen found himself reaching for them, feeling sorry for the woman, this would not be the first time this happened to him.

'I am sorry for what I have done to you, to your family but please, help mine… my daughters need saving, please help them, I do not care what happens to me as long as they have been released…’

She was snivelling, a woman, a mother in need of desperate help as she gripped onto Ethan’s hands desperately.

'I’ll do what I can.’ Ethan said.

Lady Demitrescu sighed and she almost broke down, the tears were more obvious as they trickled down her warm cheeks.

She leant in and kissed Ethan’s cheek. 'Thank you.’ She whimpered. 'Thank you…’

Everything went foggy as Ethen was dragged back and into hell…
