So that handkerchief Bela waves at Ethan when they leave is probably the handkerchief Alcina Dimitrescu used to wipe the blood from her mouth.
(I know there was previous speculation out there that it was a baby blanket, but when you zoom in to look at the edging it seems to be the handkerchief Alcina was using.)
