Green found Orange in their shared room. When they entered, Orange looked up, sharing a long, uncertain glance with them. Orange looked cautious.

“Can I sit?” Green asked. Orange nodded so Green went to sit next to them.

Orange leaned against them. “Are you okay?” they asked.

Green looked at them. “Are you okay? Red almost got you.”

Orange shrugged, appearing subdued. “I wouldn’t have known, if it weren’t for you.”

Green studied them for a bit before asking again. “Are you okay?”

Orange finally looked up at them. “I’m scared,” they admitted in a whisper. “A killer, able to make themselves appear however they’d like, able to live among us? That’s scary. What if there are more?”

Green bit their lip. “I’ll make sure they don’t get you, then.”

Orange smiled softly. “Really? You’d do that?”

Green scooted closer to them. “Really.”
