I spent 6 hours recording yesterday. I can’t read music very well, but it finally dawned on me that I can use the same chords I find on Ultimate Guitar for piano and just break them up/add the melody line by ear. I’ve been trying to play this song on the piano for 15 years. And now I have. Here you go.
