Ok, so what if the cadou gave the Lords what they and/or Mother Miranda thought they lacked most?

Moreau- Intelligence (Miranda rights that his brain activity is “surprisingly low”. His hunch is literally his brain, which the cadou possibly expanded in an attempt to increase his intelligence.)

Dimitrescu- Intimidation: She was supposedly a famous singer, as well as being beautiful. Even with her current personality (which I doubt, being a vampire is bound to change someone’s nature) she most likely would not have been seen as particularly intimidating.

Beneviento- Control: Donna’s entire family died right in front of her eyes. She was probably very young when this happened, and felt completely powerless to help them. Her hallucinations give her a semblance of control.

Heisenberg- Power: Most people seem to agree that Karl was taken by Mother Miranda as a child, completely helpless and an easy target. (What with all the experiments, isolation, and such, he probably also felt more machine than boy, but anyway.) His metal powers are the strongest out of any of the Lords, of whom he was probably scared to death at first. This power gives him an edge, as well as a feeling of more stability than when he was kidnapped.

Thoughts? I come up with wacky stuff out of nowhere a lot. :)
