The girls’ first words
Bela
Oh our sweet little Bela. Being the first daughter to be reborn meant that Bel was the first of the three who could speak and write. Therefore, when they were learning how to speak and how to write, they decided to surprise their mother by learning a word all on their own.
This word just so happened to be their name. Alcina was on the phone to Mother Miranda at the time so Bel just kept practicing while their mother was indisposed.
When Alcina came back in, she found Beli sat on the floor with a notebook, with their own name scrawled all over the first page. Beli looked up from the notebook, smiled at their mother and they said, “Bela” before pointing at themselves.
Cassandra
Ah Cassandra…. Our sadistic little gremlin. Now, Cassi’s first word was definitely something to do with weapons so something like “sword” or something. He was a curious thing when they were reborn. He would walk around the castle for hours at a time, leaving his mother to chase after them.
One day, Cass walked into the armoury (one that was much larger than the small room in game) and they became entranced by the large, life sized Dimitrescu House crest on the far wall.
Their curiosity got the better of them and they swarmed up to it, using their strength to pull one of the swords out from behind the Dimitrescu rose. He underestimated the weight of it so they ultimately dropped the sword and it fell to the ground with a loud clanging sound.
Cass dropped next to it, bursting out into giggles as their mother ran into the room and Cass looked at her before pointing at the sword and giggling, “sword”. Alcina ended up getting a replica made that Cassandra keeps on her person at all times.
Daniela
Oh Daniela… our little baby dragon. Daniela’s first word was definitely “mama”. Being the last daughter to be reborn, Daniela developed at a slower rate than that of her siblings so she was with her mother at all times. However, one morning, Alcina was called into a meeting early so, she had to leave a sleeping Daniela with his siblings.
Dani woke up a few hours after her mother had left and immediately started wailing. Cassandra and Beli wrapped her up in the blankets from their mothers bed, even grabbed one of their mothers robes from her room but nothing could stop Dani from screaming.
Cass and Bel had to physically restrain their younger sibling from throwing herself out into the harsh Romanian weather to find their mother. After what seemed like the fourth hour of Daniela screaming the castle down, Cassandra sensed her mother on the castle grounds and began soothing Dani with that information. Daniela had also sensed their mother so his wails soon turned into small sniffles and whimpers.
Alcina came into the room almost immediately after entering the castle and Daniela looked at his mother, held her arms out in a way that says ‘pick me up’ and she whimpered, “mama”. Alcina quickly picked the girl up and hugged her until she calmed down.
