Notes:  Hey Cassian, I just want to say, thank you for making this request, and I am very very sorry to hear about you being misgendered and discriminated against- of course I’m not uncomfortable with writing something like this (I’m non-binary myself, and I’m often misgendered as well), I just hope that it can make your day a little bit brighter, and suffices fr you, and anyone else who has gone through similar ordeals. This blog is for people from all walks of life, of all identities and orientations. Bigotry and prejudice is not tolerated here.
My requests are currently open! My pinned post (found here) contains both a list of characters I write for, and a masterlist!

“I will not say this again.” Alcina’s voice was sharp, she meant nothing but business and that she would not be deterred from her goal. “Do not, under any circumstances, misgender them again!” She gestured behind her to you as she spoke. You were currently surrounded by the tall woman’s daughters, as they offered you quiet and calm words of comfort for the moment, letting their mother to the first part of the job. The tall woman would step away from her prey when she was pleased with her work.
Though she had not been familiar with the concept of a non-binary person, she had adapted to suit your needs rather quickly. A few short sessions with the Duke had taught her the basics of what she needed to know, something she was more than happy to endure for your own comfort and well-being.
The person at the mercy of Lady Dimitrescu was a simple scullery maid; a woman simple in more than just status it seemed. She winced at the mighty yell of her mistress, nodding hastily in a desperate attempt to save herself.”Of,of course, my lady, I will not-”
“You are quite right, you will not,” Alcina agreed, her lips curling into a sneer as she grabbed at the maid’s neck, lifting the young woman clean off her feet. “Because… You will be sliced to ribbons!” She exclaimed, drawing her hand back, her nails extending into sharp, deadly claws. With a yell, the noble-woman had essentially thrust her hand into the abdomen of the maid, drawing a screech from the young woman’s lips.

Alcina stayed there for a moment, twitching her fingers every so often to prolong the pain. The woman’s clothes were starting to get stained with the crimson red of her own innards, the colour starting to spread over her pale clothes as her mistress pulled her hand away, out of the wound she had created. The woman crumpled onto the floor as the tall woman released the corpse from her grip, and she dusted off her hands on the opposite palms. “Girls.” Lady Alcina addressed her daughters, who stood at attention almost immediately. “Take this… Bigot, and dispose of her. Do not let her touch the other wine, she will pollute it, and we cannot have that.” With a wave of her hand, the three girls immediately complied with an obedient “Yes mother,”, dragging the body away and out of your sight.
Alcina then turned to you, a mellow look to her vibrant eyes. “Come here, my darling..” She moved over to her armchair, taking a seat and holding out her arms to you. “You beautiful little human…” She smiled warmly, pulling you close onto her lap as you approached. “You mustn’t listen to them.” She whispered gently to you, patting your head carefully with her giant palm as she spoke. “Their minds are simply to small to be able to comprehend your divinity.” She cradled you close to her chest, and you couldn’t help but wrap your arms around her upper arm, hugging it as if it were a stuffed bear. She hummed softly as she watched you settle down, holding you loosely and allowing you to settle just a little bit more.

Once you had gotten more comfortable, Alcina began to speak again, her voice still soft and tender, much more tender than she would be with anyone besides her three darling daughters. “Make no mistake, my dear, I will not be putting up with anyone who cannot change their ways to accommodate you. They will not be allowed to keep breathing on these grounds, much less come near you.” You felt somewhat comforted by her words, despite them being a threat to almost anyone who came into the Castle. “Not even Mother Miranda will be able to dispute this with me.” She continued, a bold statement, even for her. She was devoted to Miranda, this was certain, however… She would much rather be more devoted to you, and your joy. It was much more attainable, and much more rewarding than searching endlessly for Mother Miranda’s approval.
“Are you sure, Alcina? You have always been one of the most devoted of the Lords-”
“It matters not. What truly matters to me is you. It tears me up to see you so upset over a thing people should just get right. So, I shall resolve the problem the best I can.” She assured you. “Now, you may rest in my embrace for a while… You deserve a fair moment of relaxation, after having to endure such treatment from a woman of such little brain…” She said calmly, drawing two of her fingers gently across your eyes to close the lids. You didn’t protest. You let her hug you, let her dote on you, and eventually fell asleep.
