So I don’t know how many of you will believe me when I say this, because I’m not really sure I believe myself. But I think we can become better right now, just if we choose to. I think we can binge watch movies and bake our favourite food and for a while forget that the world’s a mess. It’s how it is, and everything and everyone will end someday. In a parallel universe, it may be our choice to end it after accomplishing literally everything we want. But here it’s not. We don’t know if we’ll wake up tomorrow and you might have seen many posts like this one encouraging you to live your life and probably don’t want to read ahead. But the point I’m making, who knows if you can read ahead? Who knows anything? “There’s joy in mystery”, so I’ve heard, and so I believe. Life would be pointless if we had everything we wanted with a clap of the hand. It’s the journey that matters. Not everyone who goes on a cruise gets motion sick, but they all get out of it just the same as they went in, don’t they?
